Website Builder
The Website Builder lets you create and publish professional marketing websites for your brokerage firm — complete with property listings, team pages, lead capture forms, and custom domains.
Website Management
Navigate to Websites from the sidebar (globe icon) to see your website dashboard.
The dashboard has two tabs:
Websites — all your websites as cards showing the name, domain status, deployment status, and action buttons (Edit, Domain, Preview, Delete).
Inquiries — an inbox for leads captured through your website forms. New inquiries show an unread count badge.
Creating a Website
Click + Create Website to start:
- Enter a website name
- Choose a template from the gallery — your organization's brand kit (colors, fonts, logo) is automatically applied
- Click Create to open the editor
The Website Editor
The editor uses the same powerful canvas engine as the Presentation Builder.
Layout
- Left sidebar — page list with add, duplicate, delete, and rename per page
- Center — the page canvas where you design visually
- Right sidebar — element properties and data source configuration
- Top bar — website name, viewport toggle, publish button
Pages
Websites are multi-page. Common pages include:
- Home — hero section, featured properties, company overview
- Properties — dynamic property listings pulled from your CRM
- Listing Detail — individual property pages with photos, financials, and inquiry forms
- Our Team — team member profiles
- Contact — contact form and office information
Add new pages from the sidebar — choose a blank page or start from a page template.
Viewport Preview
Toggle between Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile preview modes from the top bar to ensure your site looks great on all devices.
Data Sources
The right sidebar includes a Data Source panel for binding page elements to live CRM data. Use data bindings like {brand.company_name}, Address Full, Property Type to automatically populate content from your CRM.
Each bound field supports a Fallback (shown when empty) value — text displayed when the underlying data is missing. Set a fallback such as — or Contact us so pages never show blank fields to visitors.
Repeater elements (property listing grids, tenant tables) display the actual rows from your bound data source when the page is published or previewed. While editing without a bound source, placeholder rows appear to help you design the layout.
Element Toolbar
The same element categories available in the Presentation Builder:
- Layout — Section, Container, Stack, Grid
- Content — Heading, Paragraph, Button, Form, Icon
- Data — Repeater, Table, Map
- Media — Image, Video, Carousel, Shape, Divider
Auto-Save
The editor automatically saves your changes 2 seconds after your last edit. You'll see the save status in the top bar.
Publishing
Click Publish in the top bar to deploy your website. Once published:
- Your site is live at the generated deployment URL
- Click Preview from the management page to view it
- The site can be re-published after making edits
Automatic SEO. Every published site includes a sitemap.xml and robots.txt automatically, a canonical URL tag on each page, and Open Graph social-share images derived from the first image on each page — no configuration required.
Custom Domains
Click Domain on any website card to configure a custom domain:
- Enter your domain name (e.g.,
www.yourbrokerage.com) - Follow the DNS configuration instructions to point your domain to Everre
- SSL certificates are provisioned automatically
Navbar Settings
Each website has configurable navigation. Click into the navbar settings to:
- Add or remove navigation links
- Set link labels and target pages
- Configure logo and brand styling
Lead Capture & Inquiries
Website forms (contact forms, property inquiry forms) automatically capture leads into your Inquiries inbox. Each inquiry includes:
- The submitter's name, email, phone
- The page and form they submitted from
- The property they were viewing (for property inquiry forms)
- A timestamp
You can respond to inquiries directly or convert them into CRM contacts and pipeline leads.
Tips
- Brand kit first — set up your brand kit (Settings > Brand Kit) before creating a website. Colors, fonts, and logos are automatically applied to templates.
- Data-driven pages — use Repeater elements with property data sources to create dynamic listing pages that update automatically as your CRM changes
- Mobile-first — always preview your site in mobile viewport before publishing, as most visitors will be on mobile devices
- Form placement — add inquiry forms to property detail pages and the contact page to maximize lead capture
- Template reuse — apply a site template to quickly redesign your entire website while keeping content intact
