Connecting Everre to Claude

Everre has a connector for Claude. Once it is set up you can ask about your own data in plain language — "what moved on the Wabash listing this week", "who owns the properties on my Logan Square list", "add a column for debt service at 6.5%" — and Claude reads and writes your workspace directly.

It is the same data you see in the app, with the same permissions. Nothing is copied anywhere.

Setting it up

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector.
Enter the server URL:

Choose Add. Claude opens an Everre page asking you to approve the connection.
Sign in if you are not already, pick the workspace you want to connect, and choose Approve.

That is it. Claude will show Everre in its list of connectors, and the tools become available in any conversation.

If you are on a Claude Team or Enterprise plan

Only an Owner of your Claude organisation can add a custom connector. If you do not see Add custom connector, that is why — ask whoever owns your Claude account to add the URL above once. After that it appears for everyone, and each person enables it and approves their own Everre workspace individually, so Claude only ever sees what that person can already see.

On the Free plan you can have one custom connector at a time.

If you belong to more than one workspace, the approval screen asks which one. Connecting a second workspace means going through the same steps again and picking the other one.

Everything else in Everre stays in Everre. Claude cannot send email, change your pipeline, delete anything, or touch your automations through the connector.

When Claude asks you to confirm

Some actions stop and ask before they run. You will see the request inside Claude, showing exactly what is about to happen, and nothing happens until you answer. Declining or ignoring it is the same as saying no — the action does not run.

What it costs

Tool calls are metered at the same rate as ordinary API requests, with the same monthly allowance included. Most people never reach it: normal conversational use is a handful of calls, not thousands. Your running total is on your own profile — your avatar, then Profile & Settings — under Usage this month.

The reasoning Claude does is paid for by your Claude subscription, not by us.

Disconnecting

Removing the connector in Claude stops it being used. To cut it off at our end — which is the one to use if you no longer have the machine you set it up on — open your avatar, then Profile & Settings, and choose Disconnect under Connected apps. That takes effect on the connector's very next request.

Reconnecting later replaces the old connection rather than adding a second one.

If it does not connect

"Couldn't reach the MCP server" — check the URL is exactly https://api.everre.co/mcp, with no trailing slash and no /api in front.

The approval page says the request is not valid — the link has expired or was opened twice. Start again from Claude.

There is no Add custom connector option — you are on a Team or Enterprise plan and are not an Owner. An Owner has to add it once for the organisation.

Claude says it cannot find a tool — the connector only offers the tools listed above. If there is something you expected to be there, tell us: the list is deliberately short and grows based on what people actually ask for.

Everything stopped working at once — a connection is revoked automatically if its credentials are ever replayed, which is a security measure rather than a fault. Reconnect from Claude and it will work again.
