Views
A view is a saved way of looking at records: a filter, any records pinned to it by hand, and the columns and formatting to show them with. Replaces research lists — a list is a view with members and no filter.

Connections and feeds. A connection is an outside system your organization reaches: one https address, how it is authorised, and a secret stored encrypted and never returned. A feed is what runs on its own to pull records in from a connection (or, for MyDec, from public data): a driver, a spec the driver understands, and a daily time. Reads need `integrations:read`; writes need `integrations:write` and an administrator or manager.

Sequences
Timed email follow-ups sent from a connected mailbox. A sequence has steps; people are enrolled into it, one at a time or by saved view, and each enrolment records where that person is.
Enrichment
Fill fields on properties from outside providers — public records first, which are free, then paid sources for what they could not supply. A value a person set is never overwritten; a value a source filled is only replaced by a refresh of that same source, or an override from the caller's own order.

AI
The conversational agent, and the settings that decide which model answers. Every AI call is metered against the organisation’s credit balance and its spend caps.
Underwriting rules and sizing
Rules behind an expense or income value, and how a debt layer is sized. Both are resolved by the underwriting engine, so the API, the screen and the agent produce one set of numbers.
Extractions
Reading a rent roll, T-12, other-income schedule or construction budget out of a document in the drive, and committing the rows a person approved.

Standing instructions with triggers and ordered actions.
