Email Agents

Your Email Agent

Your email agent is an AI assistant with its own email address. Forward it a rent roll and ask it to underwrite the property, request an LOI draft, or hand off any multi-step task — it does the work against your CRM and replies right in the email thread. It's the same AI that powers the in-app assistant, reachable from any inbox.

Claiming Your Agent

Go to Settings → Agent Email and pick a name. Your agent's address is that name at ai.everre.co — for example, vera@ai.everre.co. Names are first-come, so shorter ones go quickly. You can also set a display name (the persona your replies come from) and rename later if you change your mind.

Each user gets one agent, and only you can email it — messages from any address other than your verified Everre login or a linked email account are ignored.

Sending a Task

Email your agent like you'd email a junior analyst. Put the instruction in the subject or body and attach whatever it needs:

  • "Underwrite the attached rent roll and expenses. If the property isn't in Everre yet, create it." — attach the files, and your agent ingests them, creates or matches the property, and runs the numbers.
  • "Draft an LOI for 400 Main St at a 5.5% cap."
  • "Send me the OM for the Riverside deal."

Attachments up to about 18 MB are saved to the property or deal automatically. For anything larger, upload it in the app instead.

Talking Back and Forth

Your agent replies in the same thread, so just reply to continue the conversation — "actually use a 6% cap," or "add the 2023 tax bill." It keeps the full context of the thread and picks up where it left off. Everything it does also shows up in the app: the property record, the activity log, and the files it saved.

Sending on Your Behalf

Your agent will never email a third party for you on its own. When a task would mean sending from your linked personal email, it prepares a draft and sends it back to you for approval instead. Review the draft, and reply send to fire it off — or open it in Everre to edit first. Approvals expire after 48 hours and can only be used once, so nothing goes out without your explicit okay.

When It Needs More Information

If your agent can't tell which property you mean, or an attachment won't open, it replies and asks — it never guesses. If a task partly succeeds, it tells you what it finished and what it couldn't, and the full details are always in the job record inside the app.

Billing

Work your agent does is metered the same way as the in-app AI assistant. There's nothing extra to enable — if your organization can use the AI assistant, your email agent works too.
