Plans, capacity and flex credits
Everre is $99 per seat, per month, billed in advance for every person on your organisation's account. New organisations get a 7-day free trial. If the trial ends with no active subscription, the workspace goes read-only until someone subscribes.
What each seat includes
Every seat's allowance is pooled across the whole organisation:

CRM records — properties, contacts, deals, notes, tasks, the client portal, presentations — are not metered at all, however many people use them.
Flex credit
Flex credit is the only part of the plan spent on demand rather than pooled as a hard limit. It applies to:
- AI usage — model dependent, a typical assistant session is a few cents.
- Data lookups — Find and Enrich, and public-record lookups. A record costs 5¢ when a source finds something for it; nothing is charged when a source finds nothing. Find charges 5¢ per parcel added.
- Document signatures — $1.00 each.
Flex credit resets to your plan's monthly amount at each renewal; it does not carry over beyond that. Settings → Billing shows the balance and what drew it down.
Topping up
You can add flex credit at any time in one-off top-ups (minimum $50, through Stripe) or turn on automatic top-up so a card on file reloads the balance whenever it runs low. A low balance shows a banner before it runs out, and flex-credit features pause at zero — everything else keeps working.
Buying more capacity
Storage, published websites, outbound email, API/MCP calls and your monthly flex-credit amount can each be increased on a slider in Settings → Billing:

Storage, site, email and API/MCP changes bill immediately, prorated for the rest of the current period. A new flex-credit amount takes effect at your next renewal, since it is a monthly allowance rather than a one-off purchase.
Past an included or purchased limit, the upload, publish, send or call is refused — never charged — until you raise the limit.
Spend caps
Under Settings → Organization → Access & usage an administrator can set a monthly ceiling on flex-credit spend for the organisation and for individual members. A member cap can either warn or block.
Hitting a cap is a different message from running low on flex credit, because it has a different fix: someone has to raise the ceiling, and buying more credit will not help.
Reading the history
Every grant, top-up and charge against flex credit is a line on the credit history, newest first. The balance is the sum of those lines and nothing else — if a number ever looks wrong, the entries that produced it are all there.
Refunds
Subscription charges, add-on charges and flex-credit top-ups already billed are non-refundable except as set out in the Terms of Service or required by law. When a top-up is refunded, or its card payment is disputed, the credit it bought comes off your balance at the same time, showing as a Refund or Chargeback line for the amount reversed.
