Properties

Properties

Properties is your central database of commercial real estate assets. Every property you track — whether added manually, imported from a CSV, or saved from market data — lives here.

Note: Properties now lives inside The Database workspace alongside Owners and Companies. Click Database in the sidebar and select the Properties tab — old bookmarks to /properties redirect there automatically. Search, filters, and the actions described below all work the same way.

Properties List

Navigate to Database from the sidebar and select the Properties tab to see all properties in your organization.

The table displays:

  • Owner — linked owner name (editable inline with person search)
  • Neighborhood — neighborhood name (editable inline)
  • City — city name
  • PIN — tax parcel identification number

Search and Filters

Use the search bar to find properties by address, owner name, or PIN. Click Filters to narrow results by:

  • Units — preset ranges (2-10, 11-50, 51-100, 100+) or custom min/max
  • Year Built — min/max range
  • Tags — filter by one or more tags (match any or match all)

Adding Properties

Click Add Property to create a new property record. You have two options:

  • Manual entry — a 3-step wizard that captures property info, financials, and media
  • CSV import — bulk-import properties from a spreadsheet with column mapping

Bulk Actions

Select multiple properties using the checkboxes, then add them to a List for organized tracking and research. Lists are available as a filter in the properties table — select a list from the Filters panel to see only properties in that list.
