Outbound
Outbound in the sidebar is where mail goes out and where you see what happened to it. It is one card: the sections in a rail on the left, and the one you are in beside it. On a phone the rail folds into a strip above.
Compose sits above the card whichever section you are in. It opens beside the card as a panel, sends through your connected mailbox, and the email appears in Sent the moment it goes.
Sent
Every email that left from Everre — one you wrote, or a step a sequence sent — with what happened to it: when it went, whether it was opened, and how many times.
An email a sequence sent carries the sequence's name, which step of how many it was, and where that person is in the sequence now. Open it and you can jump to the sequence or stop it for that person, which cancels the rest of their steps without touching anyone else.
Filter to one-offs or to one sequence's mail, or search by recipient or subject. Fifty to a page, with the page controls at the foot.
Sequences
A sequence is a few emails on a timer: an introduction, a follow-up if they don't reply, a last note. It sends from your own mailbox, so replies land where you already read them, and anyone who replies is taken out of it — nobody gets a follow-up to a conversation that has already started.
Building one
- New sequence. Name it, choose the mailbox it sends as, and start blank or from the three-touch outline. It is created as a draft; nothing sends until you activate it.
- Steps. Each step is one email. Set how long it waits after the previous one — days and hours — and whether it always sends or only if there has been no reply (or no open). The arrows on a step move it up or down. Write it in the editor, insert fields — the contact's first name, their company — or start from one of your templates. Send me a test puts it in your own inbox as the contact would see it.
- Contacts. Add contacts from a saved view in Database — everyone the view resolves to, so a view of buildings adds their owners — or search for people one at a time. Anyone still running in the sequence, unsubscribed, or without an email address is skipped and the count says so. Someone you stopped, or who finished or replied, can be added again; they start over at step 1.
- Activate. The first step goes to everyone waiting; the rest follow on schedule. Pause holds every send; steps can only be edited while paused, and everyone continues from where they were when it resumes.
You can add contacts to a draft or a paused sequence. They wait until it is active.
Where each person is
The Contacts tab reads each person as a position — step 2 of 3 — with when they were last written to, whether they opened it, and when the next step goes. Hold one person, resume them, or stop them outright from the row.
Replied means they wrote back and the sequence ended for them. Done means every step went. Bounced and Stopped are what they say.
Performance
Enrolled, sent, opened, clicked, replied and bounced, with the same numbers per step. Opens count a tracking pixel and undercount Apple Mail. Replies and bounces are read from the mailbox: a delivery-failure notice on a contact's thread marks them Bounced and stops their steps. Both depend on mailbox sync being on for your organisation; while it is off, a sequence cannot see replies or bounces and only if no reply steps send regardless.
The assistant can enrol contacts for you — it will ask you to confirm before anything is scheduled — and can tell you whether someone is already in a sequence before you write to them.
Templates
Reusable email designs, built in the editor with your brand kit applied. A sequence step can start from one, and so can a compose. Each template has a name, a subject line and a body, and merge fields that fill from your records: a contact's name, a property's address, a deal's stage and price, your signature.
New Template offers a set of starting designs or a blank page. From a template's card you can preview it, edit it, duplicate it, share it or delete it.
Inquiries
Messages sent through a form on one of your published websites. Each one is linked to the person who sent it when their email address matches a contact, and the count on the section is how many you have not read.
Mailbox
When mailbox sync is enabled for your organisation, a Mailbox section shows conversations from your connected Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, threaded and linked to contacts by email address. Reply from Everre and it goes out through your own account.
Connect an account under Settings › Integrations. Everre's own email agent, which handles mail sent to your @ai.everre.co address, is described in Your Email Agent.
Sending
Outbound email through a connected account is metered at $3 per 1,000 sends, whether it comes from a sequence, a compose or the assistant. See Credits and billing.
